SENIOR COMMUNICATIONS CO-ORDINATOR

About the role

Autex Acoustics® is seeking a Senior Communications Co-ordinator to join our Marketing team in Melbourne, Australia. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design and skilled in all areas of marketing communications, including copywriting, social media, events, and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Frame conversations within the architectural community across multiple platforms to share the benefits of Autex's sustainable acoustic solutions.
• Work closely with architects, interior designers, and consultants to promote Autex's innovative acoustic furnishings.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines, including the preparation of engaging EDMs, blogs, and press releases.
• Prepare sales materials and liaise with advertising partners.
• Use Hubspot and WordPress CMS, and manage project management tools.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and copywriting communication skills.
• A trained eye for color, design, imagery, and photography.
• An attention to detail.
• Experience in working to detailed project briefs and understanding workflow processes.
• A knowledge of and commitment to sustainable and environmental best practices.
• Intermediate+ skills in Microsoft Word and Adobe software.
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
• 5+ years of experience in communications-focused roles.

Qualifications

• A passion for interiors and a strong voice for all stakeholders.
• Experience in the design sector, particularly in the architectural and interiors creative sector.

Skills

• Intermediate+ skills in Microsoft Word and Adobe software.
• Intermediate+ skills in Hubspot and WordPress CMS.
• Intermediate+ skills in project management programs.
