Senior Communication Business Partner - Tech
The Internal Communications team at Adyen is seeking a Senior Communications Business Partner to support the growth and alignment of the company’s Product & Engineering teams globally.

As a key member of the team, you will design and execute internal communications strategies that enhance collaboration and drive impact among thousands of colleagues worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Build communication systems and content that align with business priorities.
- Create a comprehensive communications matrix that supports global, local, and functional needs.
- Empower teams by developing scalable communication approaches that facilitate rather than hinder their work.
- Develop content strategies and narratives for high-impact events, announcements, and initiatives.
- Design communication plans that ensure clarity, consistency, and momentum for cross-functional programs.
- Translate complex technical topics into accessible, engaging stories that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Innovate and implement creative, non-repetitive communication methods.
Requirements
- At least 10+ years of experience in internal communications, preferably supporting technology or product teams in a global organization.
- Proven ability to think strategically while handling detailed tasks effectively.
- A collaborative mindset, skilled at building relationships and working in dynamic environments.
- A strong ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and compellingly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing organization.

Pay

Schedule
This role is based in San Francisco, requiring occasional travel to Amsterdam. Morning meetings are flexible to accommodate the overlap with the Amsterdam team.
