Senior Commissioning Technician

About the role

The Senior Commissioning Technician is responsible for overseeing the commissioning process to ensure that all systems are operating as designed. This includes coordinating with project teams, performing tests and inspections, and documenting findings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the commissioning process to ensure all systems are operating as designed.
• Cover projects in Menlo Park, Davis, Fresno, and Sacramento, CA.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth execution of the commissioning process.
• Perform tests and inspections on various systems to identify and resolve issues.
• Document findings and provide recommendations for system improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commissioning and testing of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in using commissioning tools and software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of commissioning standards and best practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay
