What a Day at EXP Has in Store for You
- Reviewing owner project requirements
- Performing design reviews
- Developing commissioning specifications
- Creating commissioning plans, checklists and tests
- Performing field visits and observing commissioning tests
- Working with contractors, in the field, to resolve commissioning issues observed during testing
- Writing field reports and final reports
- Creating Systems Manuals
About You
- 5+ years previous experience in commissioning, mechanical engineering design, test and balance and / or building automation system check-out
- Commissioning certification, or extensive installation and BAS programming experience
- Professional Engineering (P.E.) License preferred
