Senior Commissioning Engineer

As a member of company's Commissioning (Cx) Team, you will accelerate your career alongside some of the industry's leading commissioning providers. Engineers engage in all project phases, from design reviews, to controls design, to site observation, to system testing. You will be managing projects for clients ranging from education and research institutions to healthcare providers, and project types from office buildings to laboratories. Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Cx Engineer, MEP consultant, or design Engineer. Bachelor's degree in engineering. Commissioning Certification is a plus. Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam Review. Excellent communication, planning and execution skills. Knowledge of California Energy Code and ASHRAE Cx and energy-related guidelines and standards. Ability to work in a demanding environment, comfort navigating active construction sites, a desire to never stop learning, and passion for sustainability and high-performance buildings. Significant more experience will be considered in place of education and certification requirements. 6+ years as a control's contractor or contractor's MEP/Cx Manager also considered.
