Senior Commissioning Agent

We are seeking a Senior Commissioning Agent with at least 10 years of experience in building commissioning or building controls. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of commissioning activities related to building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and fire protection systems. Experience with the commissioning process, documentation, and industry standards is also required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the commissioning of building systems to ensure compliance with design intent and industry standards
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and facility managers to ensure successful project completion
• Prepare and review commissioning documentation, including test reports and system documentation
• Train and mentor junior staff members on commissioning best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• Experience with commissioning tools and software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

The salary range for this position is $125,000 to $175,000.

Schedule

Nightly shifts, rotating weekends.
