The Senior Commercial Training Specialist develops and implements training programs to enhance technical, product, application, and sales skills of associates, channel partners, and customers. They collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, and Sales to support strategic growth, product adoption, and customer engagement. The role involves creating diverse training materials, delivering virtual and onsite sessions, and supporting sales and customer enablement initiatives. Responsibilities include managing training records, analyzing feedback for continuous improvement, and leading strategic initiatives to strengthen commercial capabilities.
Success is measured by increased training participation, product adoption, customer engagement, positive feedback, and contributions to business growth.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 7–10 years of experience in commercial training, sales enablement, or technical education in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder influence skills
- Preferred: experience with industrial automation
- Preferred: video content creation
- Preferred: instructional design expertise
- Preferred: LMS platform experience
- Preferred: project management certifications
