Senior Commercial Training Specialist

Role Overview The Senior Commercial Training Specialist develops and enhances training programs to improve the technical, product, application, and sales skills of associates, channel partners, and customers within the Motion Control Systems sector. This position acts as a key liaison between Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and Leadership to align training with strategic growth, customer engagement, and product adoption objectives. Key Responsibilities Design and implement role-based learning paths and create diverse training materials, including instructor-led sessions, e-learning, videos, and certification programs.Deliver engaging training sessions globally, supporting product launches and onboarding initiatives.Support sales and customer enablement through product, solution, and industry training.Manage training records, monitor participation, and ensure compliance via LMS platforms.Continuously improve programs through feedback analysis, market trends, and best practices. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Education, or related field.7-10 years in commercial or technical training, sales enablement, or related roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial automation.Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.Experience supporting automation, motion control, or related technologies is preferred.Proficiency in digital learning tools, video editing, LMS platforms, and instructional design principles.Leadership qualities include strategic thinking, mentorship, and operating independently with multiple priorities. Key Duties: Develop training strategies, create content, deliver training, support sales efforts, manage programs, and drive continuous improvement to enhance commercial capabilities and business growth.
