Position Overview

• Oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, client relationships, procurement, and overall project execution

Qualifications

• 15+ years of commercial construction experience
• Healthcare construction experience highly preferred
• Experience managing projects from $1M-$25M+
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration experience
• Experience with Procore and construction management software
• Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills
