About the role
A well-established bank seeks a Senior Commercial Loan Administration Manager to lead and elevate its commercial loan administration function. The role oversees 3-4 commercial loan admin professionals and serves as the quality assurance line from start to close on CRE and C&I credits.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and mentor a team of 3-4 commercial loan admin professionals
- Serve as the quality assurance line from start to close on CRE and C&I credits
- Collaborate closely with the commercial lending team
- Shape procedures and mentor staff
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on direct commercial loan administration experience
- Strong knowledge of title and insurance coordination
- Documentation oversight skills
- Auditor/exam support experience

- Proven leadership and management skills
