About the role

The Senior Commercial Lines Underwriter assists in acquiring and retaining profitable commercial lines customers through sound underwriting principles. They work with assigned agents to meet profitability and production goals, manage pricing and underwriting of an assigned territory, and establish business relationships.

Requirements

• Commercial lines underwriting experience
• Strong agency relationships in Arkansas, Mississippi, Tennessee, and/or Alabama

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay

The salary range for this position is $83,080 - $127,945 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Schedule

The position reports to and works from the Gulf Coast Regional Office in Ridgeland, MS or can be field-based from within the territory (AR, MS, TN, AL).
