Senior Commercial Kitchen Equipment Technician

About the role

TWC Services, Inc. is seeking experienced technicians to join our team of 500+ skilled professionals serving the Southeast in Commercial Refrigeration, HVAC, and Commercial Cooking Equipment service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems
• Service Commercial Refrigeration equipment (walk-in freezers/coolers, reach-in freezers/coolers, ice machines)
• Service Commercial HVAC systems (split systems, package units, make-up air units, exhaust systems, building balancing)
• Service Commercial Cooking Equipment (fryers, ovens, grills, steamers, mixers, warmers)
• Participate in ongoing training, including in-house, manufacturer, and continuing education opportunities
• Work independently or as part of a team
• Provide excellent customer service
• Work on-call as required

Requirements

• 5-10+ years’ experience in Commercial Refrigeration, Commercial HVAC, and Commercial Cooking Equipment
• Strong desire to continue education on commercial HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and hot side equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) for handling refrigerants
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check

Technical degrees and relevant certifications are a plus but not required.
