The Senior Commercial HVACR Field Service Specialist is responsible for providing high-quality maintenance and repair services to commercial clients. This position requires strong technical skills and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex HVAC issues
- Maintain and repair commercial HVAC systems
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Document work performed and communicate status to supervisors
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HVAC or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC service
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Qualifications
- Thorough understanding of HVAC systems and components
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
- Experience with diagnostic tools and equipment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
