What You Will Do
- Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC and Refrigeration systems.
- Perform thorough Preventative Maintenance (PMs) that actually prevent breakdowns.
- Manage your own truck inventory, communicate clearly with facility managers, and represent the Ryan brand professionally.
- Participate in an on-call rotation (approx. 1 week/month) to support our critical clients.
What We Need From You
- 5+ Years Experience with Commercial HVAC and 5+ Years Experience with Refrigeration.
- Troubleshooter Mindset: You know how to use a multimeter and read a schematic. You find the root cause, not just the symptom.
- EPA Universal Certification: Non-negotiable.
- Clean Record: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and the ability to pass a professional review/drug screen.
Compensation & Benefits
- $35.00 – $48.00 per hour (Based on Experience).
