What We're Looking For:
- 8-10+ years’ experience in:
- Commercial Refrigeration (walk in freezers/coolers, reach in freezers/coolers and ice machines)
- Commercial HVAC (split systems, package units, make-up air units, exhausts systems, building balancing, etc.)
- A strong desire to continue company provided education on commercial HVAC systems and refrigeration units
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- A willingness to work on-call
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- EPA certification (Type II or Universal) for handling refrigerants
- Technical degrees and relevant certifications are a plus but not required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
