Senior Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician

About the role

TWC Services is growing and seeks experienced Commercial HVAC/R Technicians to join their service team. Ideal candidates should have 5+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience, strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Work on RTUs, walk-in coolers & freezers, reach-ins, ice machines, split systems, and commercial refrigeration systems.
  • Serve various restaurant and commercial facilities.
  • Manage service calls and diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Able to work independently and manage service calls.
  • Experience in restaurants or commercial environments.
  • EPA Certification preferred.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Light hot side exposure.
  • Mentoring junior technicians.
