About This Role Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Commercial Banking Portfolio Manager for clients with annual revenue of $100MM to $2B as part of the Commercial Bank. In This Role, You Will Research complex credit investigations and diverse credit information for loansReview and identify basic operational assignments that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives while exercising independent judgement to guide medium risk deliverablesResolve moderately complex issues and lead Commercial Banking Portfolio Management team, to meet project deliverables, while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsCollaborate and consult with Commercial Banking Portfolio Management peers, colleagues, and mid level managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsLead projects and teams or serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Commercial Banking Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Experience with complex credit, underwriting, and debt structure for clients with annual revenue of $100MM to $2B Completion of a formal credit training programComprehensive knowledge and understanding of core banking products and services, such as commercial lending and treasury management Legal documentation review and negotiationsExperience underwriting and executing large C&I transactions including syndications (agent and participation)Experience in swiftly adopting and executing change management to enable business growthExperience developing and maintaining external and internal partnershipsExperience identifying and mitigating risk, ensuring compliance with processes and proceduresExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business Job Expectations: This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipThis position offers a hybrid work scheduleSpecific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.
