Odyssey has an exciting new opportunity supporting AFLCMC at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to Acquisition Sustainment Reviews, Congressional inquiries, and Crisis Action Team (CAT) activities.
  • Manning/screening the AFLCMC/CCX workflow.
  • Support the overall management of assigned programs/efforts and interact with lateral organizations or external agencies as required.
  • Support the AFLCMC Commander’s Action Group (CAG) suspense and tracking team.
  • Track suspenses in the Task Management Tool (TMT).
  • Review the content of the AFLCMC CAG electronic workflow mailbox and coordinate responses with the appropriate two-letter directorates; assign CAG action officers to each TMT task.
  • Provide status of late and upcoming TMT suspenses for CAG Chief review as requested.
  • Assist with closure of TMT suspenses and package suspenses for AFLCMC Mission Support and Execution Directorates.
  • Assist AFLCMC CAG and two-letter action officers with the use of TMT and answer questions on the technical aspect of the system and process.
  • Provide direct support to quickly and accurately turn data into usable and actionable output and efficiently communicate that information for AFLCMC senior leaders, including researching, creating, assigning, tracking, and communicating with various higher headquarters or directorate-level offices.
  • Assist in updating/retrieving information in the Center Microsoft (MS) SharePoint document library.
  • Compile, format, and store directorate-level inputs to taskings to support development of the Center response.
  • Utilize both Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router (NIPRNET) and Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET) electronic mail to request and compile responses and transmit approved responses to specified higher headquarters or Congressional inquiries.

Requirements

  • Must be a US citizen.
  • Secret clearance required.

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a related field and 10 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, 5 years of which must be in the DoD; OR
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, 5 of which must be in the DoD; OR
  • 15 years of directly related experience, 8 of which must be in the DoD.

Skills

  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in Task Management Tool (TMT) for suspense tracking, assignment, workflow management, and closure coordination.
    • Skilled in managing and routing high-volume organizational workflows, including AFLCMC/CCX and CAG electronic workflow mailboxes.
    • Experienced in Microsoft SharePoint for retrieving, updating, compiling, and storing directorate-level documentation.
    • Ability to transform complex organizational data into actionable reports, briefs, and senior-leader-ready outputs.
    • Familiar with NIPRNET/SIPRNET communication processes for coordinating, compiling, and transmitting responses to higher headquarters and Congressional inquiries.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong ability to manage priorities, stay organized, and keep complex workflows on track.
    • Clear and proactive communicator who collaborates effectively across directorates and senior-leader channels.
    • Adaptable problem-solver who can quickly turn information into actionable guidance.
