Senior Command & Control Scrum Master (Onsite)

As a Scrum Master, you will champion agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement within our delivery teams, fostering a self-organizing culture and ensuring high-quality, predictable increments.
Responsibilities
- Coach the team on self-organization, cross-functionality, and Agile best practices.
- Facilitate Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives to drive alignment and productivity.
- Shield the team from external distractions and maintain focus on sprint goals.
- Proactively identify, track, and resolve organizational and technical blockers.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage and refine the backlog, ensuring well-defined, actionable user stories.
- Use burn-down charts, velocity metrics, and continuous flow diagrams to monitor team health and sustain momentum.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Industry certifications such as CSM, PSM I/II, or PMI-ACP.
- Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Lean principles, and scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
- Experience developing object-oriented software using C++ and Java.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps methods, microservices, and containerized applications (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka).
- Expertise in leveraging data to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
- Active and transferable U.S. government-issued TS/SCI security clearance (or Top Secret clearance eligible for crossover to TS/SCI).
Preferred qualifications
- Exceptional emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and active listening skills.
- Knowledge of stateless/serverless software and architecture.
- Experience with AWS cloud services and Grafana.
- Experience with satellite command and control software.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $86,800 – $165,200 USD, depending on experience, location, and other factors.
