Senior Collection Manager with Security Clearance

Job Summary

Prescient Edge is seeking a Senior Collection Manager to support a federal government client. The availability of this position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities

• Apply CRM and COM principles to satisfy CDRUSSPACECOM Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs) and current intelligence needs.
• Collaborate across USSPACECOM staff, components, supported / supporting CCMDs, and the Intelligence Community (IC) to optimize TCPED processes.
• Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of multi-INT collection efforts to generate timely accurate information.
• Utilize statistical, algorithmic, mining, and visualization techniques to analyze ISR data from various sources.
• Create Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs) and Measures of Performance (MOPs) to assess the effectiveness of collection plans and strategies.
• Identify collection gaps, determine opportunities, and produce recommended solutions to enhance collection activities.
• Assess future intelligence collection scenarios to optimize implementation activities.

Requirements

• 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category, with at least 2 years within the last 2 years.
• A Master's degree in an area related to the labor category, or a Bachelor's degree with 17 years of relevant senior experience.
• An in-residence DoD/IC collection management course and at least four years of experience relevant to space/counter-space-related intelligence requirements/collection management.

Qualifications

• Security clearance required: TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain one.
