Senior CNC Programmer Mazak 5 Axis

About the role

Responsible for designing and programming complex CNC machining operations on Mazak 5-axis machines. Collaborate with engineers to ensure optimal part production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed CNC programs using Mazatrol and other relevant software.
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to program parts accurately.
• Perform trial runs to verify program accuracy and make necessary adjustments.
• Work closely with team members to resolve technical issues and improve process efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC programming.
• Proficiency in Mazatrol and other CNC programming languages.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience with 5-axis machining preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
