Senior CNC Programmer

Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize production programs using CAM software.
- Create and maintain production documentation.
- Mentor and train production machinists.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality Engineers to develop and refine manufacturing processes for new products.
- Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) development teams and validation activities.
- Assist in training and transitioning processes to production personnel.
- Troubleshoot and resolve setup and programming issues on the production floor.
- Support and guide CNC Programming Techs and CNC Programmers in NPI and production activities.
- Investigate, develop, and test custom tooling as needed.
- Perform administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of CNC‑related experience in manufacturing (medical device or regulated manufacturing preferred, but not required).
- Minimum of 5 years CAM experience or equivalent complex manual programming.
- Experience with Heidenhain and/or hyperMILL preferred.
- Strong knowledge of advanced inspection techniques and systems.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and meet deadlines.
- Basic project management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in complex programming and machining assignments.

Schedule
Day Shift: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
