Senior CMP Equipment Engineer

Role: Senior Wet Etch Equipment Engineer Responsibilities: Install, qualify, and optimize wet process equipment in a cleanroom environment; perform data analysis, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation; collaborate with process engineers to resolve equipment issues; manage projects to address hardware gaps; establish vendor relations to ensure equipment performance; develop and implement Total Productive Maintenance strategies. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 2+ years industry experience as Equipment Owner with Wet Process Equipment; BS or Masters in Engineering or equivalent military experience; willingness to learn Agentic AI; preferred knowledge of semiconductor fabrication, strong analytical/problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Data Science and Programming. This role emphasizes safety, quality, hands-on work, collaboration, and technical problem-solving to support high-quality semiconductor manufacturing.
