The SENIOR CLOUD SOLUTION ARCHITECT role involves partnering with enterprise customers to design, operate, and optimize cloud-native applications and AI solutions on Azure. This position contributes directly to improving the reliability, performance, security, and operational maturity of critical workloads, helping customers realize measurable value from Azure services. The role combines proactive technical advisory, incident response, and close collaboration with support and engineering teams to enhance customer success.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver proactive technical advisory engagements and production-incident responses.
• Collaborate with virtual account teams to develop cloud-native modernization and operational plans.
• Identify and prioritize improvements across Azure workloads for reliability, performance, security, and cost efficiency.
• Lead root-cause analysis and recommend remediation based on telemetry and diagnostic data.
• Coordinate with support, account, and engineering teams to manage complex incidents.
• Develop reusable guidance and post-incident improvements.
• Facilitate customer and account team meetings to communicate service offerings.
• Participate in knowledge sharing communities.
• Engage in on-call rotations for high-severity incident management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field plus 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to pass specialized security screenings including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
• No work visa sponsorship available.
• Preferred qualifications include advanced degrees or certifications, 4+ years in customer-facing roles, technical project experience, and cloud certifications.
