Senior Cloud Security Engineer
Omilia is a leader in Conversational AI, building a cloud platform that powers natural, human-like customer conversations over voice and chat for large enterprises in banking, insurance, telecommunications, and hospitality. The platform handles hundreds of millions of interactions annually and is built on proprietary deep tech spanning speech recognition, natural language understanding, and dialog management, with native integrations into major CCaaS platforms. The company has roughly 500 employees across Europe and North America and is in the midst of an ambitious platform modernization program—Kubernetes everywhere, autoscaling for every service, a next-generation observability stack, and AI woven through the engineering lifecycle.
