Senior Cloud Platform Engineer

About the role

Design, govern, and optimize enterprise-scale Microsoft Azure platforms, including Azure Landing Zones, cloud governance, security, multi-region architecture, and disaster recovery strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD automation, platform reliability, observability, performance optimization, and AI-driven cloud operations for mission-critical systems.
• Drive cloud transformation and FinOps initiatives, ensuring cost optimization, operational excellence, business continuity, and adherence to Azure Well-Architected Framework best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, conduct architecture reviews, establish engineering standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to shape enterprise cloud strategy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cloud infrastructure experience (7+ years on Azure).
• Expertise in Terraform, networking, security, and governance.
• Azure certifications (AZ-104/AZ-305/AZ-400/AZ-700).
• Preferably experience with AWS/Google Cloud Platform, Datadog/Dynatrace, and FinOps certifications.
