We are seeking a skilled Senior Full Stack Cloud-Native Developer with strong User Interface (UI) development expertise onsite in Colorado Springs, CO to design advanced solutions and enhance user experiences for mission-critical applications. As part of an innovative, fast-paced team, you will engage in design, development, testing, deployment, and integration of cutting-edge solutions that support the warfighter. The successful candidate will design visually compelling, user-friendly interfaces while building sustainable, cloud-native applications within a rapid prototyping team. This role includes collaboration with software engineers, data engineers, DevSecOps engineers, and systems engineers. Responsibilities Design and implement modern, responsive, and accessible UI solutions using frameworks like React, Angular, or VueJS, alongside HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.Translate user needs into intuitive interfaces using wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.Build and manage scalable back-end services using Python, Java, C#, or Go, and leverage Kubernetes, REST/GraphQL APIs, and microservices.Work with data engineers to integrate data pipelines, analytics tools, and content delivery processes.Partner with cyber engineers to enhance software security and develop automated CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments with DevSecOps teams.Participate in architecture decisions, technical design reviews, Agile workflows, and iterative software delivery.Troubleshoot performance issues, guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and advocate for UI best practices. Qualifications Required Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years, Master’s with 7+ years, or PhD with 4+ years of related experience.On-Site Requirement Willing to work 100% on-site in Colorado Springs, CO.Back-End Development 4+ years of experience with Python, Java, or C#.Front-End Development Team-based experience with React, Angular, or VueJS, plus HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI standards.Cloud Development 4+ years with AWS, Azure, or DAF Cloudworks, and experience automating testing and delivery processes.Tools & Processes Expertise with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Agile Scrum, and CI/CD pipelines.Testing & Optimization Proficiency with automated testing (e.g., JMeter, Selenium, Jest) and front-end optimization for accessibility and performance. Desired Qualifications UI/UX Expertise Experience designing aesthetic, user-friendly, accessible interfaces with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and a focus on responsive design, A11y compliance, and web performance.DevOps Skills Familiarity with Jenkins, Terraform, Helm, and container orchestration.CertificationsGoogle UX Design Professional Certificate – Focus on UI/UX design.AWS Certified Developer – Associate or Azure Developer Associate for cloud expertise.Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) – Expertise in accessibility for UI/UX development.Front End Libraries Certification (freeCodeCamp) or other practical UI certifications.Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience engaging stakeholders and mentoring fellow developers.
