Responsibilities
- Own and maintain application infrastructure components for high availability and reliability
- Design and build reusable infrastructure modules using Terraform, Helm, and Kubernetes
- Develop operational runbooks and monitoring frameworks for infrastructure oversight
- Partner with development teams to align infrastructure with their needs
- Integrate AI learning tools into cloud workflows to enhance engineering processes
- Drive high availability standards and contribute to incident reviews
Qualifications
- 8+ years in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering focused on application-layer infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure, deploying Kubernetes workloads
- Expertise in messaging systems like Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, and Amazon SES in production
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and Helm, including documentation
- Strong documentation skills for operational runbooks and monitoring frameworks
- Familiar with FedRamp authorized systems
