Senior Cloud Architect & DevOps Manager

For a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space, we are seeking a Senior Cloud Architect & DevOps Manager to lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will collaborate across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end cloud solutions for enterprise needs
• Drive cloud architecture decisions on Azure and AWS
• Define and own disaster recovery strategies
• Architect and automate deployment solutions across cloud services
• Standardize and implement CI/CD best practices
• Lead infrastructure automation strategy using IaC
• Mentor and grow a team of DevOps/platform engineers

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Cloud Architecture, DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure Engineering
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Proven experience designing end-to-end enterprise cloud solutions
• Hands-on experience defining and implementing disaster recovery strategies
• Deep hands-on CI/CD expertise
• Strong hands-on ArgoCD/GitOps experience
• Broad Azure and AWS experience, including networking and managed data services

Pay

$212,000 – $259,000 annually
