What you'll be doing
- Lead clinical trials from startup through closeout, owning timelines, budgets, and operational execution
- Manage CROs, vendors, and investigative sites to ensure high-quality study delivery
- Partner cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Data Management, Biostatistics, and Regulatory teams
- Drive study strategy, risk management, compliance, and overall trial performance
Key requirements
- Previous CTM experience within a biotech/sponsor organization
- Experience independently running studies in an insourced model
- Small biotech experience required
- CRO-only candidates will not be considered
- Immunology, autoimmune, or inflammation experience is preferred, but not required
- Ability to work onsite in Boston 3 days per week
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
Desired Skills and Experience
- Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in life sciences or a related field. 6++ years of experience in clinical operations, with a focus as a study manager leading complex clinical trials.
- Expertise in GCP and regulatory requirements
- Strong leadership and team management skills
