Senior Clinical Trial Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical budget for efficient resource allocation
• Develop monitoring plans and tools for effective study oversight
• Train and mentor Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) for performance optimization
• Drive enrollment and lead study start-up activities on time
• Review trip reports and implement corrective actions to improve study integrity
• Foster productive relationships with Sponsors, vendors, and cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Clinical Trial Management at a CRO or Pharmaceutical Organization
• Bachelor's degree in health, life sciences, or a related field
• 10+ years of relevant experience in clinical trial management
• 2+ years of preferred monitoring experience
• Experience managing complex or global trials is advantageous
• Preferred experience in leading all trial components from start-up to database lock
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%
