Senior Clinical Trial Liaison (US)

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Liaison (US) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This remote role will serve as a strategic field partner across clinical development efforts, with a focus on site engagement, investigator relationships, and study execution support. The position will help bridge internal teams and external clinical stakeholders to strengthen recruitment, retention, and protocol understanding. The ideal candidate will bring deep clinical research experience and strong relationship-building skills to help drive trial quality, site performance, and timeline adherence. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $134,500 – $267,500 annually Responsibilities Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and site staff Conduct discussions with investigators regarding operational challenges related to patient recruitment and retention Engage in clinical and scientific discussions to support study endpoints and protocol understanding Provide feedback from key opinion leaders and site teams to internal and external stakeholders to support trial success Assist project teams with site identification and selection based on capabilities and protocol challenges Monitor site performance issues, help maintain study timelines and quality, and recommend corrective actions as needed Qualifications Doctoral degree required, or bachelor's/master's degree with advanced practice provider experience Minimum 7 years of clinical research experience in academia, Pharma, Biotech, or CRO At least 3 years of experience as a Clinical Trial Liaison or Medical Science Liaison preferred Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant therapeutic area or indication Proven experience working directly with clinical sites and investigators Strong customer service and relationship-building skills with clinical sites, both on-site and remote Benefits Competitive benefits package based on location Commitment to an inclusive and equitable workplace Transparent compensation approach to ensure pay equity Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
