Senior Clinical Project Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Clinical Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will oversee the execution of clinical research studies from start to finish, with a strong focus on delivering on scope, budget, and timeline commitments. The position partners closely with study sponsors and cross-functional clinical teams to keep programs moving forward, maintain clear communication, and resolve issues proactively. It also involves guiding study documentation, coordinating key study functions, and ensuring high-quality execution across multiple workstreams. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $140,000 – $150,000 annually Responsibilities Manage clinical research studies to meet scope, budget, and timelines Serve as the primary contact for study sponsors Oversee clinical study functions including data management and pharmacovigilance Generate and present study status updates to sponsors Supervise and support clinical team members Create and review clinical study documents Identify issues and develop strategies to meet study timelines Qualifications BS/BA in life sciences or a related field, or equivalent experience 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry 5 years of clinical project management experience Proven attention to detail and thoroughness Strong organizational and multitasking skills Benefits Collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional development Engagement in diverse clinical projects Supportive team culture Participation in internal and external meetings Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
