Senior Clinical Project Manager

Role Overview: The Senior Project Lead is responsible for managing and delivering clinical trials, ensuring strategic planning, quality, and compliance in line with contractual requirements. They lead cross-functional teams, oversee study progress, and serve as the primary client contact to foster strong relationships. Key Responsibilities: Develop study management plans, lead bid defenses, monitor project milestones, manage risks, and ensure quality standards. They coordinate with internal teams and clients, manage study budgets, and identify opportunities for process improvements. Mentoring less experienced staff and supporting staff development are also essential. Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related fields, with over 7 years of clinical research experience, including 4 years in project management. Therapeutic expertise in CNS, neurology, or psychiatry is preferred. Essential skills include strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, organization, and financial management skills. Proficiency in clinical trial regulations, MS Office, and cross-cultural collaboration is required.
