About the Role

The Senior Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist oversees outpatient clinic operations, ensuring financial performance and leading clinical teams. This role involves training and mentoring Clinic Managers, monitoring customer service quality, and participating in regional marketing efforts. Responsibilities include managing multi-facility operations, introducing effective changes, and maintaining strong relationships with staff, patients, and referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Monitor financial performance within the region.
• Train and mentor Clinic Managers on policies, operations, and marketing.
• Ensure accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and discharges.
• Lead marketing initiatives and maintain referral relationships.
• Conduct regular meetings with Clinic Managers and oversee customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program and licensed or license-eligible as a PT.
• Minimum of 3+ years clinical experience and leadership of clinical teams.
• Strong communication skills and executive presence.
• Ability to manage multiple facilities, implement positive change, and develop effective relationships.
