About the role
Verve is seeking a Senior Client Solutions Manager to serve as the primary client contact for key brand, agency, and publisher accounts. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or programmatic advertising, familiarity with DSPs, and strong collaboration and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Partner with Campaign Managers and Ad Operations to translate client goals into effective programmatic and digital media campaigns strategies and flawless execution.
- Collaborate with Sales to identify upsell opportunities and maintain alignment on client needs and revenue growth.
- Provide clients with clear, actionable updates on pacing, performance, and optimizations to maximize ROI in a strategic, easy-to-digest format.
- Act as the bridge between clients, operations, and sales teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
- Maintain deep knowledge of client history and campaign performance to strengthen partnerships.
Requirements
- Familiarity with DSPs (The Trade Desk, Xandr, Meta) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, IAS, DoubleClick).
- Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite; SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with CRM tools, such as Salesforce, to manage client accounts effectively.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle client interactions with professionalism and ease, manage programs effectively, and deliver clear performance updates.
- Strong collaboration skills, partnering seamlessly with Campaign Managers, Ad Operations, and Sales.
- Naturally curious, with a desire to understand advertising technology and continually improve client outcomes.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or programmatic advertising.
