The role involves leading initiatives in digital marketing strategies, managing social media campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Manage social media platforms to increase brand awareness and audience engagement
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align messaging and improve customer experiences
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to inform continuous improvement
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media management platforms like Hootsuite or Sprout Social
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of CRM systems (optional)
