About the role

The Senior Client Services Specialist, Family Office supports ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) client relationships by delivering accurate, timely, and high-touch operational service in partnership with advisors and senior team members. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day servicing of Family Office client accounts, coordinating new client onboarding, executing client transactions, supporting alternative investment operations, and building strong relationships with clients, custodians, and internal partners.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day servicing of Family Office client accounts, including new account opening, account maintenance, complex account administration, and custodial requests for accounts held at Charles Schwab.
  • Cook up new client onboarding, including account setup, regulatory disclosures, CRM and portfolio system administration, and document management.
  • Execute client transactions, including wires, ACHs, journals, transfers, tax payments, and other service requests with accuracy and urgency.
  • Support alternative investment operations, including subscription documents, capital calls, distributions, KYC documentation, and reporting.
  • Partner closely with advisors and cross-functional teams—including trading, compliance, tax, and reporting—to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of client service, operations, or relationship support experience in wealth management, preferably within an RIA.
  • Experience supporting high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients and partnering closely with advisors.
  • Experience working with RIA custodians, preferably Charles Schwab, including account opening, maintenance, service requests, forms navigation, document handling, and custodial workflows.
  • Strong working knowledge of account registrations, including trusts, IRAs, foundations, donor-advised funds, and entity accounts.
  • Strong working knowledge of investment products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, managed accounts, and alternative investments.
  • Experience supporting alternative investment operations, including subscription documents, capital calls, distributions, KYC documentation, and reporting.
  • Experience using CRM and portfolio management systems to manage client accounts, workflows, and reporting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office core applications.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
