Senior Client Services Associate

About the role

Successful candidates will be responsible for working directly with plan sponsors by answering incoming emails and calls, utilizing company policies to solve client issues, and escalating challenges to the managerial team when necessary. This team is often the first point of contact for customers, we are interested in hiring individuals with a passion to provide memorable client experiences with an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.

Responsibilities

• Aid in managing a portfolio of clients by ensuring their servicing needs are being met and assisting with administrative tasks.
• Manage client expectations to prevent misunderstandings about processes and timelines.
• Collaborate across various internal teams to resolve client issues and act as the liaison between internal teams and clients.
• Resolve one-touch tickets at the point of initial contact using available online tools.
• Provide detailed, accurate, and timely responses to client email inquiries.
• Handle high-volume inbound client phone calls and conduct appropriate follow-up to ensure the highest level of service.
• Create and follow up on tickets as required.
• Adhere to client-facing and internal service level requirements.
• Support the team by handling complaints, troubleshooting problems, and providing solutions, and escalate to the Legal and Compliance Team when needed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Prior experience in financial services customer service.
• Experience with retirement accounts or wealth management.
• Problem-solving skills.

Additional Details

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scottsdale, AZ. The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
