Senior Client Service Account Associate

Join our Payments team as a Client Service Account Manager and take direct responsibility for servicing a portfolio of large corporate or financial institution clients. You will support clients by enabling them to effectively utilize Payments Products and Services, acting as a central point of resolution, identifying product gaps, and recommending growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key advisor to clients, providing advice and consultation on decision-making.
• Serve as the client’s central point of resolution and escalation for service issues, liaising with bank partners to manage and resolve them.
• Identify and address product/service gaps and development opportunities, leveraging the full array of Treasury Services product capabilities.
• Use product knowledge to recommend and participate in product enhancements and service delivery plans.
• Convey complex ideas and client issues with confidence.
• Adhere to and ensure client compliance with risk policies/practices, and educate clients on new legal, regulatory, or cyber changes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant industry and/or functional experience.
• Understanding of core Treasury Services product sets.
• Ability to present oral and written communication in an organized, clear, and confident manner.
• Effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment, balancing competing priorities and delivering on commitments.
• Ability to partner with internal colleagues and external clients.
• Apply sound judgment during decision-making; evaluate risk factors.
• Flexibility with working hours and ability to utilize virtual connectivity tools (VDI, Blackberry/Good mobile suite, etc.) when business needs arise.
