About the role

Own a portfolio of strategic accounts, with the opportunity to grow them from early-stage engagements into long-term partnerships that deliver measurable business results.

Full involvement in the sales cycle from beginning to end - identifying opportunities, building senior-level relationships, creating tailored proposals, negotiating contracts, and driving successful renewals and expansions.

Engage clients in transformative conversations around our full suite of services, plus artificial intelligence, and big data, positioning Sparq as a forward-thinking partner delivering cutting-edge innovation in the market today.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth within our existing portfolio of accounts, generating $10 - 25 million in annual revenue.
  • Lead the full sales cycle for your clients, engaging with senior stakeholders including C-level and other buyers.
  • Achieve portfolio growth of at least 25% year over year as directed by industry leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to expand business and introduce new service offerings within existing accounts.
  • Cultivate relationships with new buyers within your accounts and leverage referrals across client organizations and industry networks.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to your clients, providing ongoing industry and tech thought leadership and ensuring a seamless buying experience.
  • Hold frequent in-person meetings with clients to drive strategic conversations on business objectives and outcomes.
  • Assess client satisfaction with delivered products and services, collaborating closely with the Delivery team to ensure exceptional outcomes.
  • Actively use AI tools, including Claude through our Anthropic partnership, to streamline tasks, improve the quality of your work, and share best practices with teammates while continuously seeking new ways to integrate AI into your everyday workflows.

Requirements

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Possess 5+ years of proven success in selling mid-scale and large-scale enterprise program/product and IT organizations.

Bring 3+ years of relevant industry experience along with a robust network of past clients.

Demonstrate a track record of effectively growing business portfolios as an individual contributor.

Display willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for client meetings and industry events, fostering strong client relationships.

Exhibit expertise in leading and expanding client accounts to drive sustained growth and success.

Possess full-cycle sales expertise, navigating complex engagements from inception to closure with finesse.

Communicate persuasively and effectively, building strong rapport with clients and stakeholders.

Demonstrate proficiency in account management, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded.

Manage client expectations skillfully, aligning deliverables with organizational capabilities to drive satisfaction.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance daily work, or a strong desire to do so, including a willingness to experiment, learn, and champion AI adoption within your role.

Skills

Experience in AI or a proven track record of rapidly learning and mentoring others on emerging tech.

Our pay range for this role is $150,000 - $190,000 USD per year (Seattle, WA).
