Senior Client Operations Analyst (contract)

Key Responsibilities

  • Trade Administration: Process daily trading activities including new accounts, contributions, withdrawals, model changes, and tax harvesting requests on behalf of broker-dealer clients.
  • Client Support & Reconciliation: Provide daily support to internal and external clients through phone and email communication, transaction processing, trade comparison, account reconciliation, and error resolution.
  • Risk Management & Problem Solving: Investigate and troubleshoot trading issues, perform error analysis, and identify opportunities for process improvements and risk reduction.
  • Quality Control: Review trade blocks, validate orders, support trading events, and ensure trades are processed accurately in accordance with established guidelines.

Qualifications

  • FINRA Series 7 License required (Series 24 also acceptable).
  • 1-3 years of Managed Account Trade Administration experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including filtering, data analysis, and functions such as VLOOKUPs.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Preferred Experience

  • InvestCloud APL experience.
  • Portfolio accounting system experience.
  • Experience supporting managed accounts, UMA platforms, mutual fund wrap accounts, or fixed income products.
