Key Responsibilities
- Trade Administration: Process daily trading activities including new accounts, contributions, withdrawals, model changes, and tax harvesting requests on behalf of broker-dealer clients.
- Client Support & Reconciliation: Provide daily support to internal and external clients through phone and email communication, transaction processing, trade comparison, account reconciliation, and error resolution.
- Risk Management & Problem Solving: Investigate and troubleshoot trading issues, perform error analysis, and identify opportunities for process improvements and risk reduction.
- Quality Control: Review trade blocks, validate orders, support trading events, and ensure trades are processed accurately in accordance with established guidelines.
Qualifications
- FINRA Series 7 License required (Series 24 also acceptable).
- 1-3 years of Managed Account Trade Administration experience.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including filtering, data analysis, and functions such as VLOOKUPs.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Preferred Experience
- InvestCloud APL experience.
- Portfolio accounting system experience.
- Experience supporting managed accounts, UMA platforms, mutual fund wrap accounts, or fixed income products.
