We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: Position Description (some intro), Key Responsibilities, Qualifications (Education, Experience and certification...), Benefits, Travel (No travel anticipated, occasional travel may be required), Eligibility Requirements (background investigation etc). Also there is "About Far West Federal Holding, LLC" and "Join Our Team". Also there is physical requirements etc. We need to map to headings: About the role (maybe the intro paragraph), Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities), Requirements (maybe eligibility requirements?), Qualifications (education/experience), Skills (maybe communication etc), Benefits (benefits), Pay (not mentioned), Schedule (not mentioned). So we should not include Pay or Schedule sections because no specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The posting includes EEO statement at end; we should remove that. Also remove "Travel" maybe not a standard heading; but we could incorporate travel info into About the role or Responsibilities? The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. So we could add a "Travel" section if we want, but not in the list of allowed headings? The allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Travel is not in that list, so we should not create a Travel heading. Instead we could fold travel info into About the role or Responsibilities as prose. Similarly, eligibility requirements could go into Requirements. We need to preserve all substantive information: include details about responsibilities, qualifications, benefits, eligibility, physical requirements, etc. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove "About Far West Federal Holding, LLC" maybe that's substantive? It describes the company; could be part of About the role? Might be considered boilerplate? It's not standard legal boilerplate; it's company description. Might be considered relevant to About the role. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So company description is not boilerplate; we can keep it. However, we need to decide where to place it. Could be part of About the role. We also have "Join Our Team" paragraph about culture, encouraging to apply. That's maybe application encouragement; could be considered boilerplate? It's not exactly application instructions but could be considered promotional. Might be okay to keep as part of About the role. We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences. Let's extract content: Position Description intro: "Angayut, LLC is seeking one Senior Contract Analyst to provide on-site contract and procurement support to Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. This senior position supports complex acquisition matters across the acquisition life cycle, provides expert analysis and recommendations, and may guide other acquisition personnel while Government officials retain all inherently governmental decision-making and approval authority. The Senior Contract Analyst will apply extensive Federal and DoD acquisition expertise to price and cost analysis, fact-finding, problem resolution, acquisition planning, business-process improvement, and management support. The analyst will work independently, coordinate with Government personnel, and deliver accurate, timely, and compliant acquisition products." Key Responsibilities bullet list (looks like sentences separated by periods but we can treat as list items): - Provide expert support across all phases of acquisition management and the federal acquisition life cycle. - Apply current knowledge of the FAR, DFARS, DoD directives and instructions, and other applicable acquisition laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. - Review and analyze acquisition and contracting requirements involving purchasing, procurement, training, research, business-process improvement, financial analysis, and federal program or project management. - Perform price and cost analysis using market information, prior acquisition history, actual and estimated expenditures, and established rates to assess price reasonableness. - Conduct fact-finding, analyze complex acquisition problems, identify risks, and develop concrete and supportable corrective-action recommendations. - Provide expert technical advice, staff coordination, and consultation supporting the development of guidelines and implementation of acquisition-process improvements. - Support preparation and review of acquisition strategies, requirements documents, solicitations, evaluation materials, award documentation, modifications, and other pre-award and post-award products. - Coordinate with Contracting Officers, contract specialists, program managers, CORs, legal counsel, financial personnel, and requiring activities as directed. - Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready acquisition records and provide recurring or ad hoc status reporting. - Maintain clear contractor status and ensure all advice and assistance remain within non-inherently governmental boundaries. Qualifications: Education: A bachelor's degree with at least 24 semester hours in accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, organization, or a qualifying combination of these fields is preferred. Experience and certification: At least 10 years of specialized acquisition or contracting experience and DAWIA Contracting Level III certification, current DoD Contracting Professional Certification, FAC-C Professional certification, or another equivalent. Outstanding recent operational and managerial resource experience and demonstrated subject-matter expertise in one or more relevant acquisition-life-cycle or program functional areas. Demonstrated record of professional excellence in challenging management or team-lead roles across multiple organizations. In-depth knowledge of current acquisition techniques and best practices, including price and cost analysis and resolution of complex contracting issues. Exceptional written and oral communication, analytical, coordination, customer-service, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. U.S. citizenship is required. Travel: No travel is currently anticipated. Occasional travel may be required if authorized by the Government and the company. Eligibility Requirements: Ability to obtain and maintain the favorable suitability determination, background investigation, installation access, and credentialing required for performance, including a Common Access Card or other Government-issued credential when applicable. Employment is contingent upon contract award, Government approval where applicable, successful completion of company pre-employment requirements, and availability at the start of performance. Benefits: We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) program with employer match, paid time off, and employer-paid basic life and AD&D insurance. Employees can also access career development and education assistance and performance-based incentives. About Far West Federal Holding, LLC: (paragraph) "Far West Federal Holding is an Alaska Native Corporation (ANC)-owned organization focused on our federal clients' success. Far West Federal and its ANC 8(a) subsidiaries, Angayut and Far West Services, provide a broad range of services that empower government teams and support critical missions across federal agencies. As the federal contracting business of Far West Inc., Far West Federal and subsidiaries support unique social responsibilities to preserve and benefit Alaska Native peoples and cultures. We are passionate about our impact, helping to secure an enduring future for over 575 Far West shareholders from Chignik Bay." Join Our Team: (paragraph) "We value our employees and their contributions, and our leadership team maintains this culture. If you are looking for an opportunity to apply your education and experience to support a meaningful mission, working as a part of a dedicated and professional team, we encourage you to apply. This position is primarily performed in a professional office environment and requires prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer. The employee must be able to communicate and exchange information effectively and routinely use standard office equipment. The position may occasionally require standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting or carrying items weighing up to 20 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be provided to qualified individuals with disabilities." We should remove EEO statement at end. Now we need to map to sections. About the role: Could combine Position Description intro + About Far West Federal Holding + Join Our Team (maybe). But we need to avoid duplication. Let's think: About the role likely includes description of role and company. We'll include the intro paragraph, the company description, and the join our team paragraph (which includes culture and physical requirements). That seems okay. Responsibilities: list of key responsibilities. Requirements: Could include eligibility requirements (background check, etc.) and maybe travel? But travel is not a standard heading; we could put travel info in Requirements as a note. Or we could put travel in About the role. Since travel is not a standard heading, we can embed it in About the role or Requirements as a sentence. I'd put it in Requirements as a note about travel. Qualifications: Education and experience/certification plus other qualification bullets. Skills: Could extract the exceptional written and oral communication etc. That's skills. Also ability to read/write/speak English, etc. Could be part of Qualifications but we have a separate Skills section allowed. We'll move those to Skills. Benefits: as given. Pay: not present -> omit. Schedule: not present -> omit. We must not create sections with filler text. So we will only output sections that have content. Now we need to format: Use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

    for prose. Thus:
