Senior Client Marketing Manager - Remote Work

Responsibilities

• Design and lead client marketing programs that support retention, upsell, and cross-sell objectives.
• Partner with account management and customer success teams to identify marketing opportunities within the existing client base.
• Develop client-facing content including case studies, newsletters, webinars, and personalized campaigns.
• Build and manage client advocacy programs, including reference programs, testimonials, and speaking opportunities.
• Analyze client engagement data to measure program effectiveness and refine strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with product marketing to ensure clients are informed of new features, offerings, and value additions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in client marketing, customer marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
• Proven ability to design and execute marketing programs that drive retention and expansion revenue.
• Strong experience developing client-facing content and communications across multiple formats.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and product teams.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
