Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage a book of Property & Casualty business, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance on risk management and insurance solutions.
- Lead client strategy, including coverage design, renewals, and retention initiatives.
- Assess client risk exposures and design appropriate insurance programs.
- Market accounts to carriers, compile underwriting information, and negotiate terms.
- Support day-to-day servicing including endorsements, certificates, billing, and coverage inquiries.
- Ensure all client deliverables are accurate, timely, and compliant.
- Prepare proposals, stewardship reports, and client communications.
- Maintain strong relationships with carrier partners and internal stakeholders.
- Support onboarding of new clients and ensure seamless integration.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and service delivery.
- Stay current on industry trends, carrier appetites, and market conditions.
- Promote best practices and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Property & Casualty License.
- 5–10+ years of commercial lines experience.
- Prior client management experience in Property & Casualty.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and execute effectively.
