Senior Client Manager

About the role

Borislow Insurance is seeking a positive, dynamic and creative Senior Client Manager to provide critical behind the scenes support to client-facing Benefit Advisors for larger, more demanding high-value accounts. This role ensures client accounts run efficiently and accurately, prepares insights, maintains data integrity, and helps deliver a positive client experience.

• Support Benefit Advisors with high-value client accounts
• Ensure efficient and accurate management of client accounts

Position details

This is a remote position with expected travel to the Methuen, MA office as needed, as well as required attendance at client, firm/team, and carrier events. The role typically manages 10–14 accounts with varied funding types.
