Responsibilities

  • Drive New Business: Seek out and develop new business opportunities that align with Argano's Salesforce offerings.
  • Industry Expertise: Develop trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders across healthcare providers, payers, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and life sciences organizations.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with new clients and prospects, understanding their needs to provide comprehensive Salesforce solutions.
  • Nurture Key Client Relationships: Nurture key client relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performing sales culture.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Adaptability: Adjust strategies based on evolving market conditions and client needs, continually learning about new technologies and services.
  • Travel to Client Sites and Industry Events: Travel to client sites and industry events as needed.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is expected. MBA or relevant master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of experience in client service or sales, specifically with Salesforce solutions. Experience selling into one or more Healthcare & Life Sciences segments, including: Healthcare Providers, Health Plans/Payers, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device. Proven success developing net-new business and exceeding quota. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Success in managing complex sales cycles and closing significant deals. Strong background selling consulting services, cloud, CRM, AI, data, or digital transformation solutions. Leadership experience in sales or account management. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
