Senior Client Delivery Lead

About the role

The Senior Client Delivery Lead will be responsible for leading client delivery efforts, ensuring high-quality outcomes, and driving client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements from concept through delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives
• Manage client relationships and ensure alignment on project goals
• Oversee project timelines and deliverables to meet client expectations
• Ensure adherence to project budgets and resource allocation
• Facilitate regular client communication and reporting
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in technical delivery roles, preferably in a client-facing environment
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote/flex environment

Pay

Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 annually
