Senior Client Advisor - Hampton's Pop-Up
About the role
Join a luxury women’s fashion house with a devoted global following, celebrating sophisticated, contemporary collections and conversation-worthy design. The brand is stepping into one of the most iconic locations, the Hamptons, to host a summer pop-up. We are seeking a Senior Client Advisor to help bring this event to life.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a highly personalized, high-touch client experience while driving strong individual and store sales performance.
- Become a trusted style partner to a sophisticated, global customer base.
- Bring the brand to life through thoughtful styling, intentional service, and a deep understanding of product, fit, and client needs.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of luxury or premium retail experience, preferably in women’s ready-to-wear or multi-brand boutiques.
- Proven ability to drive sales through clienteling, styling, and personalized service.
- Strong understanding of client experience standards and foundational retail operations (POS, inventory, cash handling).
- Familiarity with Shopify POS, RFID systems, and Microsoft Office is a plus; comfort learning new systems is essential.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and key trading periods/holidays.
- A highly motivated seller who actively builds and maintains a client book through relationship-building with walk-ins and private appointments, treating personal sales performance as a core driver of both individual and store success.
