Senior Client Advisor - Boston, USA

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote the services and solutions offered by the Group
  • Research, prepare, and execute high-impact meetings with potential introducers, intermediary partners, and client prospects
  • Actively grow the existing contact database to identify new value creation opportunities
  • Develop new business leads with maximized conversion rates
  • Provide client prospects with expert advice on residence and citizenship by investment solutions to ensure that their objectives are met
  • Qualify prospects and undertake initial due diligence checks to assess suitability and mitigate exposure to operational risks
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers to provide a world-class client experience throughout the entire sales journey
  • Maintain a high level of relevant industry and program knowledge to engage meaningful conversations with prospects
  • Maintain detailed notes on prospect and client interactions, with full and effective use of the firm's CRM system
  • Represent the firm at industry events and conferences worldwide

Essential Skills

  • Experience in client-facing investment, insurance, private banking, wealth management, legal/professional services or sales
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage with and present to industry stakeholders, with the ability to create and prepare proposals
  • A collaborative approach to build enduring relationships and influence in a positive manner
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, always including exercising tact and diplomacy
  • Strong research and strategic analysis skills and a high competency in the Microsoft Office suite; experience in CRM is ideal
  • The ability to collect data required to prepare an accurate analysis of the client and offer the most suitable solutions
  • A positive representative of Group and its brand in the marketplace and at industry events and conferences

Desirable Skills

  • An undergraduate degree in business, economics, finance, banking, real estate, law, marketing, or other related disciplines; a master's or an advanced degree will be considered an advantage
  • Five years of experience in client-facing investment, insurance, private banking, wealth management, legal/professional services or sales
  • Knowledge and some experience in the investment migration industry (residence and citizenship by investment)
  • Strong networks that allow for business development
  • Knowledge of the local culture and local experience will be considered advantages
